EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

FREE EXCHANGES (US ONLY)
We are happy to provide free exchanges of size or color for orders within 14 days of order delivery. Please contact us with your order number details on what you'd like to exchange. We will send the new item, along with a pre-paid return label.
EASY RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, returns of clothing are welcome within 14 days of order delivery. There are 2 return options:
- Refund to original payment type with a $10 return delivery fee.
- Refund in store credit. No return delivery fee. Expires 12 months from issue date.
Returns must be posted and tracking within 2 weeks of receiving the return label, or return label and refund payment will be forfeited.

International orders are not eligible for pre-paid return labels, but can be mailed by the recipient to:

The item must be returned to us clean and un-worn, have no make-up marks, pet hair, or stains for a full credit on products (minus original shipping fees).
ACE Bets, gift cards, candles, and final sale/clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
All products ordered M-F will ship within 2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. BOTORI will not be held responsible for any postal delays which would be out of our control.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping options at checkout include USPS and UPS. Additional charges, taxes, or duties incurred from shipping outside the US will be the responsibility of the receiver. Free shipping via code or automatic will be sent USPS Ground Advantage or most cost effective option.
How can I track my order after it ships?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and link to the shipper's website for easy tracking of your order’s progress online.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. International shipments may take 2 weeks or more.
BOTORI will not be held responsible for any postal delays or losses which would be out of our control. Any fees associated with returned packages due to non-delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Fabric sourced, cut, and sewn in USA.
Black, white, pewter: 78% Polyester, 22% Spandex.
Navy only: 75% Recycled Polyester, 25% Lycra Earth-friendly fiber made from plastic bottles, this recycled polyester blend is strong with a silky hand feel.
