FREE EXCHANGES (US ONLY)
We are happy to provide free exchanges of size or color for orders within 10 days of order delivery. Please contact us with your order number details on what you'd like to exchange. We will send the new item, along with a pre-paid return label (US only).
UPDATE EFFECTIVE 3/1/23: All purchases made after March 1, 2023 will be returned for store credit only. There will be no fee for return postage (for packages shipped from a US postal address).
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, returns of clothing are welcome within 10 days of order delivery.
Please contact us with your order number and return details to request a pre-paid return label. International orders are not eligible for pre-paid return labels, but can be mailed by the recipient to:

The item must be returned to us clean and un-worn, have no make-up marks, pet hair, or stains for a full credit on products (minus original shipping fees).
Gift cards, candles, and clearance items are not returnable, and cannot be refunded for cash.
When will my order ship?
All products ordered M-F will ship within 2 business days. We do not ship on Sundays. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. BOTORI will not be held responsible for any postal delays which would be out of our control.
What are my shipping options?
Most US orders are sent via standard trackable ground shipping (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground). International orders will depend on country and weight of package. Additional charges, taxes, or duties incurred from shipping outside the US will be the responsibility of the receiver.
How can I track my order after it ships?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and link to the USPS website for easy tracking of your order’s progress online. This shipping status email also includes the shipping method used, transit time, and shipping date.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. International shipments may take 2 weeks or more.
